COMPARISON

Real estate CRM or field app: what’s the difference?

A real estate CRM manages your business: contacts, pipeline, transactions, marketing and team. A field app like My Estate Map is for when you’re on the road: see your properties on a map and open the right file before every showing. The two work well together.

IN PRACTICE

Two tools, two different jobs.

01

The CRM: the office

It centralizes your business: pipeline, transactions, marketing and team follow-up.

02

The field app: the road

It puts your properties on a map and gives you the right file at the right time, on your phone.

03

Both together

Keep your CRM for management, and use My Estate Map during your showings.

USING BOTH

How do you use a CRM and My Estate Map together?

Your CRM stays your system of record: pipeline, transactions, marketing and brokerage reporting. My Estate Map doesn’t replace these and doesn’t connect to your CRM automatically.

For the field, export the list of properties you work as a CSV file, if your software allows it, and import it into My Estate Map with Pro. You then find your properties on the map, with their file, owner and notes.

As you go through your showings, add notes and appointments in the app. It becomes your field notebook: simple, fast, and available even when the signal is weak.

KEY POINTS

  • Private portfolio
  • CSV import from your software with Pro
  • No automatic CRM connection
  • iPhone and iPad
