PREPARE YOUR REQUEST

What to include

  • The email address used to sign in
  • Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version
  • The screen or action involved and the exact message shown
  • Screenshots with unrelated personal information hidden
  • For purchases, the plan and approximate purchase date — never send a password or full payment details

Sign-in

Confirm network access, retry the same Apple or Google sign-in method, and include the displayed error if the issue continues.

Restore purchases

Sign in to the My Estate Map account associated with the purchase, open subscription settings and choose Restore Purchases.

Manage or cancel

Apple manages subscriptions. Open iPhone Settings, your Apple Account, Subscriptions, then My Estate Map. Deleting the app or account does not cancel Apple billing.

Refunds

Apple processes App Store refunds. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com; LE LAB IMMO cannot issue an Apple payment refund directly.

Delete an account

Use Settings → Account → Delete account after recent authentication. This full deletion is separate from Apple subscription cancellation.

CSV import

Confirm the file is CSV, keep a header row, review column matching and use manual matching if AI assistance is not selected.

Privacy and GDPR

Use the support email for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection requests. Identity verification may be required.
